Team Building
Our team building programs are designed to engage and stir the spirit of our participants. You are carving out time from your hectic schedules to participate in team building so we believe your event should be fun, inspirational, rewarding and maybe even push the edge of your personal comfort zone.
Each of these activities has a similar team building component where we divide your group into new teams and undergo bonding events prior to the competitive phase of the session. These new teams can be chosen by you prior to the event (to achieve specific group dynamics) or be randomly selected by us.
Using the general descriptions below as a starting point, we listen to your goals and then tailor the programs to meet your desired outcomes. Depending on your timeline, the sessions can run from as little as 4 hours or over the course of several days.

CapCity Games
Tired of meeting rooms, PowerPoint slides, reviewing sales figures or planning the next product roll out? CapCity Games is a high-energy, fun and entertaining program consisting of a variety of competitive challenges that will appeal to the spirit of youth in everyone.
The CapCity Games program is designed to establish trust, improve communications and build cohesion within the team. We will get you out of your seats, organize new teams and rotate leadership responsibility to stimulate the group dynamics as we move from game to game. Laughter and smiles will be plentiful as your team enjoys one of our most requested programs.
CapCity Games can be done inside or out in a variety of venues…a hotel ballroom, a grassy field, a gymnasium or even in the parking lot!
Potomac Challenge
Join us at one of the most spectacular team building venues anywhere - the boathouses at Georgetown along the Potomac River in our Nation’s capital.
Potomac Challenge combines the high energy sport of rowing with valuable experiential lessons in teamwork and leadership. This competitive program is fun, exhilarating and will challenge everyone to be their best, both individually and as part of a new team. The first time your boat surges through the water you will know that you’ve achieved the team synergy it takes to win on the water or in the office.
It doesn’t matter if you are a novice or experienced rower, this program is exciting for everyone. Our expert coaches and group facilitators are with you every stroke of the way. This rewarding experience will culminate with a race to determine which team will walk away with the Potomac Challenge championship medallions.
Cycle the City
Cycle the City is a great combination of teamwork, exercise and just plain fun. We’ll coordinate all the details and provide the equipment - you come with pedal power, your cameras and a positive attitude!
As your team bike’s from one historical site to the next, you will encounter a series of challenging team building events - some mental, some physical, but all enjoyable. While touring the city you will also discover effective ways to improve yourself and your team. Prepare to be inspired by your team, the wonderful history of Washington and our great staff of inspirational leaders.
We can use one of our standard routes or you can choose specific sites to see along the way. Either way, Cycle the City is an experience you won’t soon forget!!!
It Sure Beats Walkin’!
Who said “old dogs can’t learn new tricks”? Let us help you quickly master some new tricks with our team building program built around the cool Segway Personal Transporter. It’s fun, easy to learn and “It Sure Beats Walkin’!”
Enjoy the leisurely ride as you guide your Personal Transporter from site to site in the nation’s capital. If desired, we can add in a few games that inject a dose of competition and make this a spirited afternoon for you and your mates.
We strike the right balance between experiencing your Personal Transporter, team building activities and ensuring you have plenty of time to see the sites. This is a wonderful program that will serve as a memorable bonding event for your team.
